Wanchai 88

The location is convenient enough to find foods and convenient store. We stayed during the NY holiday and Wanchai is the perfect area that we can escape crowded people. Bus stop is just at the corner and very close to the hotel (1-min walk). Not very close to other popular tourist spots for sure but convenient enough to take bus and tram to Causeway bay, central, and the peak. Walking distance to Wanchai ferry station to try a ferry to Kowloon island with very less people compared to the central pier. The room is relatively bigger than average. Bed is ok.

Incredible location, friendly staff, very good housekeeping. Very comfortable bed and pillows with everything provided well in the room like hairdryer, coffee, shampoos etc. The toilet leaked on the floor however and the room was a bit more run down than I would've liked but I got used to it after the first day. Sink is in the room, not in the bathroom.

Very spacious with a King sized bed and well designed space. It has sufficient desk/countertop area for luggages. The views at the upper stories are fantastic. The bathroom is well designed with good water pressure. There are 2 basins outside which facilitates many things while the bath is being used. A fridge and wine chiller is provided. The location is fantastic as its in the heart of Wanchai. A few minutes walk and you're at all the eateries. MTR and trams is all within 5 minute walking distance. Excellent professional and very polite reception, the 3rd storey lounge is well designed

Wanchai 88 has a very convenient location... Close to too many good food and between Central and Causeway bay for shopping. She is easily accessible by bus, MTR and on foot. The staff were courteous and concierge would greet is every time we went out and return. The reception staff were also helpful and quick to answer our queries. Once I was accidentally locked out of my room and the manager on duty accompanied me to help me. Definitely will return for another stay

Mould in bathroom grout and light cover fittings in the bathroom ceilings and dusty in room shelves needs to be looked into. Strong smell from side of toilet bowl drainage. I poured boiling hot water into it daily and it eliminated the problem. Otherwise room facilities is great and room servicing staff as well as reception was excellent and hospitable. Special mention to the security who kindly walked around the block to get me a taxi... That is another small challenge when departing but thanks to the kind security. Perhaps a standard SOP to assist guest on this would enhance further your services. Thank you for a memorable stay. I will definitely recommend and stay again when I am back next year.
